Last week Dick Lerner introduced us to new member Pam Hagge.  Pam is the Owner and Founder of Marigold ONE11, an information technology consulting firm that helps businesses leverage technology for internal efficiencies and increased conversion and sales.

Prior to starting Marigold ONE11, Pam was a Shareholder and Principal for Harbinger Partners, a regional Information Technology Staffing firm (previously known as Bass & Associates) and prior to that was the Vice President and Director of Marketing for SilverStone Group, a local insurance brokerage.

Pam is passionate about connecting people and making a positive difference.
She has served on numerous boards, including:
  • Owens Educational Services, a not-for-profit organization that focuses on providing education and life skills for youth that are in need of a second chance,
  • Omaha Health Underwriters and the Nebraska Association of Health Underwriters, where she served on the legislative committee and made several trips to Washington DC to meet with Senators and Congressmen regarding healthcare.
  • Pam also served two consecutive board terms for the Visiting Nurse Association, a local organization that provides shelter nursing, school health and hospice and palliative care.
  • Pam currently serves as a Steering Committee member for the AIM Advanced Tech Leaders Academy, which is designed to help tech managers round out their leadership skills.
  • She is also a current board member for the Women in Technology of the Heartland, a local program that focuses on attracting more women to technology.

Pam is a Nebraska native and has lived in Omaha for 36 years. She and her husband, Marty, have three children and three grandsons. They also have a rescue dog named Kaci.

Pam loves Omaha and her reason for joining Rotary is to meet other people that are also excited about making a positive difference.  Welcome, Pam!
