TOPIC:  Harness the Power of a Millennial Workforce with a Purpose-Driven Workplace. There are currently four generations in the workplace. As the Traditionalists and Boomers retire, the Generation Zs will soon be applying for jobs. Research shows that younger generations want careers with meaning. They want to make the world a better place, have flexible hours and enjoy a personal life. How do we tap into this new way of thinking and hold on to our most important asset - our employees? Lisa will outline characteristics of each generation and focus on how we can retain employees and provide work with a purpose.
