As part of Omaha West Rotary’s Little Free Libraries project, Rodge Bickerstaff used wood leftover from the redo of his back terrace. Here you see his wife holding the first library and it’s support pole before it’s delivery to Patty Talbert, Council Bluffs artist. It has been painted and installation has begun at SAC Federal Credit Union near Skinner Elementary School thanks to the efforts of Mark Manhart and Gretchen Radler.
