Last week was a great day for the Philo family. The Rotary Foundation Chair Bonnie Gill presented Carl Philo his Paul Harris Fellow (PHF) + 5 award. Carl helped his son John Philo reached his PHF + 1, wife Janis Philo and daughter Nicole Broussard were each awarded as Paul Harris Fellow. Carl Philo has been a dedicated Rotarian for 32 years. Thank you, Carl and congratulations to you and your family!
