Nina Rongisch is the Executive Director of Outlook Enrichment (The mission of Outlook Enrichment is to create opportunities for people living with vision loss to achieve personal and professional goals within an inclusive community.

As Executive Director, Rongisch will cultivate relationships with the business community, foundations and individuals to advance Outlook’s mission.

Rongisch joined Outlook Enrichment’s board in 2019 and then joined the staff as Fund Development Director. Prior to Outlook Enrichment, Rongisch served with Emspace + Lovgren as Creative Operations Manager. Prior to that she spent seven years at Physicians Mutual, most recently as Marketing Systems Coordinator, and also served with InfoGroup and Marriott International, and has close to 20 years experience in the insurance industry.

Rongisch earned a bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management and a master’s degree in Management from Bellevue University.

Nina has been married to her husband for 17 years as of July 26, and is the proud mom to Anthony Edwin, 15 years old and Ram (the four legged trouble maker) – 9 years old. When she has free time she can found at home reading, trying to relax, but her favorite place is at baseball games watching Anthony play, going to the CWS, and working on her baseball stadium tour. (Nina is a lover of sports  . . but don’t ask her who plays for what team . . she doesn’t care . . she just loves sports).
