Brandy Gustoff, MS, MPA is the Chief Operating Officer at OHB (Omaha Home for Boys). Brandy has worked at OHB for 12 years holding previous roles of Chief Program Officer, VP of Self-Sufficiency Services, Innovative Growth Leader, and Transitional Living Manager. Prior to joining the OHB Team Brandy worked as a dually licensed clinician for 12 years. Brandy has been in the field working with youth, young adults and families involved in the child welfare, juvenile justice, behavioral health, and homelessness systems in Nebraska for over 30 years. She is active in the community serving on several task forces, advisory committees and community collaborations that address the needs of youth, young adults, and families in Omaha and across Nebraska. Nationally, she was the NE State Captain for Capitol Hill Day in Washington at the Ending Homeless National Conference from 2014-2018. Brandy is a Lead Peer Reviewer and Commissioner for the Council of Accreditation (COA), joining as a Peer Reviewer in 2018. Brandy has presented on transitional living, housing, aging out of the foster care system, community needs in healthcare, COA, and homelessness for the following conferences: Alliance Senior Leadership, NIFA Housing Innovation Market Place, IA/NE Homelessness Summit, NE Investment Finance Authority, Court Improvement Project’s Children’s Summit, SPARK; has been on panels for the community at the showing of the films the “Time Out of Mind” and “Aging Out”; and presented at  numerous other lunch and learns. In 2018 Brandy was selected as the Metro Area Continuum of Care for the Homeless (MACCH) volunteer of the year for her advocacy in Washington and locally and the COA Volunteer of the Quarter in 2021.
