Last Week at Rotary

Last week Jim Gerner gave the invocation. Deirdre Milobar and Russ Iwan served as Greeters. Dick Sturgeon served as Sgt. at Arms and Anne Fuhrman and John Morey served as cashiers. We had a new member introduction and several announcements. Dan Ferris introduced Alan Potash and Steve Levinger who talked about the Jewish Federation.

Welcome Kim Rosenbohm!

Last week Mark Ellsworth introduced us to new member Kim Rosenbohm. Kim was born and raised here in Omaha. She graduated from Westside High School and UNO with a degree in marketing. She has 2 daughters, both of whom will be attending Elkhorn South High School this fall.

In her free time, Kim enjoys cooking, baking, golf and the outdoors.

She has spent the majority of her career in outside sales, and now owns and runs The Growth Coach of Omaha franchise. She offers individual and group coaching workshops. Her goal is to improve the lives and businesses of her clients, support and encourage work/life balance, and support the businesses and people in our communities.

Kim is a lifelong volunteer and is excited to be a member of Rotary and contribute in any way she can to the projects our club will be undertaking. Welcome, Kim!

Metro Luncheon with Tom Osborne

The city-wide Rotary Metro Luncheon will be on Thursday, August 15th at 11:30 am at Anthony's Steakhouse (72nd and F). Rotarians and guests are welcome. Seating is limited so by your tickets soon at Friday's meeting on online by CLICKING HERE.

We will not meet on August 16th to encourage attendance.

$500 per foursome $125 per individual.

$15 for buffet dinner

Volunteers will be at the meeting starting on the 12th to pass out raffle tickets and sign up sponsors and golfers. Proceeds from this event go to our Foundation to support our community and global projects. Thank you for your support!
