Last week 225 people Rotarians and guests attended the Metro Luncheon where the speaker was Tom Osborne. He talked about the TeamMates mentoring program and making a difference for young people. Visit teammates.org for more information on being a mentor. Suburban Rotary President Tom Kerfoot and District Governor presented Tom Osborne with a check for $800 for TeamMates on behalf of the Metro clubs.
Champions is not available to us on 9/13 so we will be meeting at Anthony's Steakhouse instead at 72nd and F Streets. Costs will be the same. Please mark your calendar for this. We would like to have good turnout and guests. River City Roundup will be our speaker that day.
