Welcome Judy Ackland!

Last week Mark Ellsworth introduced us to new member Judy Ackland. Judith (“Judy”) Ackland is the CEO/Owner of Crystal Financial Solutions in Papillion with an MPA degree from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. She is skilled in financial education and income tax planning and preparation.

Judy is a graduate of the Rotary Leadership Institute and Past President of the Western Douglas County Rotary Club. She is an active volunteer in her church and several other volunteer organizations. Her hobbies include exercise (kickboxing is her favorite), music, gardening, crafts, sewing and spending time with her family. Judy and her husband live near Gretna and have three children, four grandchildren, two step-grandchildren and numerous grand pets. Welcome, Judy!

Police and Fire Luncheon

The annual Police and Fire Luncheon where we recognize an outstanding Omaha Police Officer and Firefighter will be held on Friday, September 9th at Werner Park. Lunch will be a chicken wrap, chips, and cookie. You must pre-register to attend. Cost is $20

Last year we had our most successful golf outing yet and we look to continue that momentum this year! We even had a $10,000 hole-in-one last year! Thanks to Joe Finnegan, they are no longer offering that has a package haha. That was pretty special though. Our goal is 128 players (32 foursomes).
