Welcome New Members!
Last week two new members were introduced, Erinn Drouin and Dylan Yeomans!

Erinn Drouin has spent her career walking alongside individuals and families facing some of life’s most difficult moments. For more than fifteen years, she has worked in the nonprofit sector, beginning at the American Cancer Society and later at the Alzheimer’s Association, where she found her calling in advocating for vulnerable families facing heartbreaking diagnoses through education, fundraising, and awareness. She then spent many years in direct care as an Executive Director in Memory Care here in Omaha.

Today, as Director of Operations at Dreamweaver Foundation, Erinn is dedicated to bringing joy, dignity, and connection to older adults experiencing life-limiting illnesses and isolation. A Certified Dementia Practitioner and End-of-Life Doula, she remains committed to ensuring every older person feels seen, honored, and supported.

Outside of work, Erinn enjoys spending time outdoors with her kids, fishing and exploring parks and hidden nature trails.

Dylan is from the sandhills of NE and grew up doing carpentry with his dad until he attended college at Northeast Community College in Norfolk NE to get his Associates of Applied Science in broadcasting and communications. After getting his degree and working for seven years in the radio industry, he made a change to come to Omaha. After living in Omaha for a couple of years he made the leap into the insurance industry!

Outside of work, Dylan enjoys spending time with his friends, cooking, deer hunting, and playing games of all variety! His favorite college team is the Huskers and pro football team is the Denver Broncos.
