Last week Micki Pane introduced us to new member Jonathan Jameson. Jonathan was born and raised in the Omaha area. After finishing high school at Bellevue East where he played varsity baseball and tennis, Jonathan went on to study finance and banking at the University of Nebraska at Omaha. Two years after graduating with his bachelor’s degree, he went back to UNO to obtain an MBA. He is one of four boys who are scattered around the Midwest, Southwest and Southeast. His hobbies include golf, hockey, baseball, tennis, cooking, and spending time with family and friends. Community and service are also important to Jonathan. He currently serves on the board for Heartland Family Service, and has served a new group, Academy of Young Professionals in Omaha, where he served as the Treasurer. He has also served on the board for Habitat for Humanity Sarpy County and the Parks and Recreation Committee for La Vista. Jonathan’s experience in the financial institutions industry as a processor and underwriter made him the perfect addition to the mortgage team at Access Bank. Jonathan is ecstatic about joining Rotary, and is looking forward to growing his career while continuing to help with Rotary and Community events. As someone who intends on living in the Omaha area for a long time, Jonathan is looking forward to serving where ever he can, around the area. Welcome Jonathan! |
