Matt then remembered that Rich Secor had a guest. Rich Secor introduced his guest, McCarnac the Magnificent, who visited our club twice before. Following a gracious introduction from Rich, McCarnac then divined the answers to three questions contained in sealed envelopes. Upon Rich’s presentation of the final envelope to McCarnac, the club assembly cheered, causing McCarnac to issue the following Old Irish Curse upon the club members: “May a toothless leprechaun gum all of your children’s potato chips.” McCarnac divined the answer to the question contained in the last envelope to be: “When he finally gets caught red-handed.” Upon opening the final envelope, McCarnac revealed the question to be: “When will Matt McKeever’s term as Club Secretary finally be over?

Last Saturday, Rotarians and their families, a group of 29, had fun at the zoo on a blistering 98 degree day. The Henry Doorly Zoo, the number one rated zoo in the world, provided a tour guide that brought the group to the African safari, the giraffe den, the elephant yard, and culminated at the new Asian highlands.
