Each year we honor our First Responders to extend our gratitude for those who serve our community in a most profound way. We have invited Sheriff Aaron Hanson, Fire Chief Kathy Bossman and Police Chief Todd Schmaderer to nominate individuals from their departments who have gone above and beyond for special recognition. This Friday, at our regular meeting please join us to give special thanks to these First Responders of the Year. Note that this is a Club meeting and regular order of business will be observed. Help us make this a special day for our honorees by enthusiastically welcoming our guests. (They’ll be the guys in uniforms.)
Hope to see many of you at Extension Meeting this Tuesday at 30Hop at 5:30 p.m. For all you recent red badgers out there, please feel free to also show up and get any other remaining blue badge requirements out of the way, including greeting, invocation, and your vocational. There are also a few new service project opportunities to be discussed as well.
Also, please note that if you have not yet checked out extension meeting at 30Hop this is our second to last meeting there this year! Beginning in October we will be returning to Biaggis as the cooler fall temps set in, so please come on out this Tuesday before 30Hop is gone for the year.
