Buck Rasmussen is a Super Bowl Champion and motivational speaker whose message is built around one powerful idea: great teams are made up of individuals with GRIT and teammates who TRUST one another. He calls this The Balance. Buck competed at the highest levels of football, earning All-Conference and All-American honors at the University of Nebraska Omaha before playing in the NFL, NFL Europe, and the Canadian Football League. He also won four state wrestling championships—as a competitor, as part of a team, and as a coach. In 2005, he achieved the pinnacle of his athletic career by winning a Super Bowl with Tom Brady, Bill Belichick, and the New England Patriots. Today, Buck shares the lessons he learned from championship teams with organizations across the country. His engaging, high-energy presentations have inspired sales teams, the U.S. Army and Air Force, Division I football programs, universities, and conferences to build cultures of resilience, trust, and lasting success. Buck lives in Bennington, Nebraska, with his wife, Stephanie, and their two daughters, Brynn and Stella, who share his love of sports and travel.
