Last week Lindsey VandeHoef introduced us to new member Scott Shelbourn. An Omaha native, Scott is a graduate of Bryan High School and attended UNO. He served six years in the Nebraska National Guard. He holds a Bachelor’s from Olivette Nazarene University and a Master's Degree from Trevecca University. Scott has been married 31 years to his wife, Jolinda, he has four children who are all married, and he has ten Grandkids. He Worked in the Bio-Medical Field until He felt called by God to be a Salvation Army Officer.He has been an Officer in The Salvation Army for 25 years, serving in Chicago, Peoria, & and Bloomington IL, The Quad Cities (Davenport, IA), The Twin Cities (Minneapolis MN) and He is currently the Western Division’s Divisional Commander in Omaha, overseeing operations in Nebraska, South Dakota and Iowa. Scott was a Rotarian in Roseville, MN, and is very pleased to be able to transfer his membership to Omaha. Welcome, Scott! |
