Last week Yolanda introduced us to new member Chris Krueger. Chris has been a Rotarian since 2006 when she was in the Omaha-Millard Rotary Club. In 2014, she moved to Arizona and joined the Mesa West Rotary Club. She was the Club Secretary in 2016-2017 and President of the Club in 2018-2019. She was also the District Membership Chair for District 5495 from 2020-2022. In 2022, she moved back to Omaha. She had a business in Lincoln and joined Lincoln 14 Rotary Club in 2022. She served as Club Membership Chair from 2023 to 2025. Chris and her husband Mike have three children and eight grandchildren. When people ask her why she moved back from Arizona, the eight grandchildren are the reason. (Also the three kids, but more so the 8 grandkids.) Chris was in the banking industry for 36 years and then took a couple of years off to start a Pilates business. She is now back to banking at First Westroads Bank. Chris loves giving back to her community and the world at large and Rotary is the perfect place to do that. Welcome, Chris! |
