"What is CASA and Why Powerful Child
Advocates are Needed"
CASA - Court Appointed Special Advocates - is a non-profit organization that trains, empowers, and inspires volunteer advocates to improve the lives of abused and neglected children. Their goal is to provide a CASA Volunteer to every child in foster care who needs one. This Friday CASA recruitment coordinator Jordon Fletcher will explain why more powerful voices are needed to advocate for the best interest of each child in the Douglas County welfare system.  Click here for a video preview.
