Last week, President Nuzhat Mahmood presided the Changing of the Guard. Laura Iliff gave the Invocation. Starla Waite and Deb Sepich served as greeters. Mark C Manhart and Lori Benton were Sgt. at Arms. Bonnie Gill was Cashier. Tara Bowne gave her vocational talk. Tara was very disciplined with her time, which means she did not exceed the allocated three minutes so Nuzhat could not assess her any fine. It was one of the most attended meetings of the year as President Nuzhat Mahmood wrapped up a very successful Rotary year, ending with 116 members. President Nuzhat handed the gavel to Jill Slupe. Secretary Matt McKeever bid farewell and peacefully transferred his authority to levy fines to Nick Rosenberry. As we close the year, we thank Nuzhat for her leadership, Matt, the committee chairs, and the board of directors for their active collaboration. More importantly, we thank each other for being people of action, which was key to the success of the best club on the planet!
