Welcome Daniele Kouassi
Last week Yolanda Hoffman introduced us to new member Daniele Kouassi.  Danielle is the Owner/CEO of Kehud Royal Estates.  Kehud Royal Estates is a real estate company that focuses on buying and selling homes and properties in Nebraska with a focus on finding affordable housing for lower-income families.

Daniele is originally from Ivory Coast.  She recently served as Marketing Chair for the Leadership Africa Summit in 19-20.  She is an active volunteer and is part of the Generous Giver Foundation which builds houses for needy families in Latin America.

She is passionate about real estate as well as business and entrepreneurship in general. One of her vision is to enrich the lives of 3000 people by building housing communities in Africa.

Welcome, Daniele!
Welcome Dylan Vogt!
Last week Yolanda Hoffman introduced new member Dylan Vogt.  Dyan is originally from Omaha.  He attended the University of Nebraska-Lincoln on a baseball scholarship and graduated with a Bachelor's degree in communications and a minor in leadership.

Upon graduation, Dylan entered the workforce as a sales representative for an exterior construction company in Omaha.  Dylan accepted a role at Hudl in Lincoln and found quick success as a Territory Manager.  After a few years with Hudl, he was sought out by a company within the same space and took that position as a Business Development Manager with Catapult Sports. His tenure with this company was cut short due to the recent pandemic. Spreetail, a local eCommerce company, is where his path led next.

Dylan started  Greenlake Development with a partner and they are working on real estate development in Omaha.

In his free time, Dylan enjoy spending time with his wife, Amanda, and our 3-month-old little girl Berklee Lynn, reading, the outdoors, talking business, and sports.

Welcome, Dylan!
