Marjorie Maas
Executive Director, SHARE Omaha

Presentation:

The goal of SHARE Omaha, a website launching in January to the Greater Omaha public, is to provide a tool connecting the community to nonprofits, yielding greater collaboration around common goals and deeper, longer-lasting relationships.

SHARE Omaha will serve as a community engagement conduit, connecting community members to nonprofits so they can support, serve and shop for a nonprofit’s specific needs or see a calendar of events. The model is online and unbiased, making it easy for people to give their time and resources to the nonprofits of their choice in the manner they choose in five clicks or less.

The adoption of this resource for the giving public and nonprofits can change the landscape of philanthropic activity in the Omaha metro area.
